Twice, I miscarried. Just a month after 6 blissful months as a newly-wed, I lost my baby. Following the misfortune, my menstrual cycle became erratic for a while before stabilizing after I took Chinese medication.

Green Tea Lowers My Cholesterol Level

avita Green Tea aromatherapy really works. I have been diffusing Green Tea essential oil rather regularly the last 6 months or so, in my office and at home. I received my blood test results yesterday. Compared to my last blood test results about 8 months before, my cholesterol ration dropped from a "bad" 6+ to now within the acceptable range at 4+. Due to my hectic work schedules as a doctor, my biological clock had been totally upset by the numerous on-calls I had. I never got to sleep well.

My Cholesterol Under Control in One Month

My name is Agnes Fang. I am 52 years of age. I had been diagnosed with high cholesterol more than 10 years ago. My total cholesterol was 6.9. Since I am allergic to many kinds of drugs, I could not be put on any form of medication. All these years I have been on the following regime, but to no avail:

1. Diet control
2. My doctor’s recommendation of extra virgin olive oil in my drinks and a high fish oil intake. This did not help. My cholesterol increased to 7.2
3. I was then put on a ‘lemon juice treatment’. I had to drink the juice of one lemon on an empty stomach until 11.00am for 6 months. In spite of this, it only brought my cholesterol down to 6.6.

Revitalizing Fruits and Plants with VegeFruit Detox

I use the avita VegeFruit Detox to wash off agrochemical toxins remaining on the surface of fruits and vegetables. In this photo, I added just a tiny squirt into the left glass of tap water. By merely soaking the grapes, they get thoroughly cleansed and appear fresh within minutes. The right glass showed grapes with unappetizing surface stains that were unable to remove with normal tap water.

I had two pots of dying plants that I planned to dispose. As a form of experiment, I added a small amount of avitaVegeFruit Detox into one pot. The next day, I was pleasantly surprised to see it revitalized to an amazing state of freshness and aliveness.
