Alvin Yong

Alvin leads a regional team of distributors to grow avita into a global brand. Alvin started in network marketing in 2002 and he is passionate to help ordinary people own and succeed in their own avita enterprises. He is an inspirational speaker and a master in personal coaching and experiential learning. As the Education Chief in Scent'al Group, he is responsible for distributor training and development. Alvin enjoys travelling, skiing, pottery, yoga and reading.

Josephine Chang

Respected and loved for her giving and caring nature, Josephine leads the Scent’al worldwide network. Born with a ‘can do’ attitude, Josephine approaches life with passion and enthusiasm. Josephine started her network marketing career in 1999, and has led her network to achieve over S$10m in annual turnover. Josephine aspires to help all Scent’al family members to transform themselves into successful entrepreneurs. Josephine enjoys reading and travelling.

Pauline Lim

A retired lawyer who enjoys the arts, music and the finer things in life, Pauline is a motherly and caring mentor to all distributors in Scent'al Group. She is especially passionate about helping women become independent and successful entrepreneurs by leveraging on the avita business platform. Based in Perth, Australia, Pauline leads a passionate group of lady distributors there. She is also making in-road into the Middle East market with avita.

Tony Teo

After running his own shipping business for 15 years, Tony embarked on network marketing in pursue of freedom. Jovial, patient and magnanimous, Tony is a mentor to all in Scent'al Group. He radiates positive energies wherever he goes. Tony reads very widely and alwaysgenerously shares his experiences and insights with everyone he meets. Based in Perth, Tony and Pauline are pioneering the expansion of avita into Australia.

Joanna Cheng

A homemaker and mother of two, Joanna discovered her passion to be a flexi-preneur when she was introduced to avita. She is a firm believer in using more natural products for better health and she has complete confidence in avita lifestyle products. Her caring and helpful nature is the source of her energy as an active advocate of natural products to her friends and people around her. Today, Joanna enjoys additional income from a growing customer base and she has also been trained as a workshop facilitator to promote Meridian Therapy to the community.

Esther Ng

Esther's radiant and youthful look always surprises others when they learnt that she's actually a mother of three. Her secret is in her skincare regime, a discipline she developed since teenage years. She has experienced most of the famous and expensive brands from France, USA and Japan. Her ultimate discovery was avita skincare series which she highly recommends to all her friends today. Joey Tan

After reading the Rich Dad Poor Dad series of books by Robert Kiyosaki in year 2000, Joey was bitten up by the entrepreneurship bug. He tried retail as well as trading businesses while juggling with his full time job. When he got the second chance to experience the network marketing industry at a deeper level, he was able to appreciate its advantage over a traditional business. Presently a VP in a regional consultancy firm, he aims to get out of the rat race, live life abundantly and share the goodness that he has learnt from his mentors in avita. Joey is a passionate speaker on stage.

Chong Soo Ping

In pursuit of a more balanced and fulfilling life, Soo Ping left her corporate job as a financial controller. In year 2003, she embarked on the network marketing business as this business provides an excellent platform for her to touch people’s life while pursuing her dreams. Soo Ping is particularly passionate about educating the public of the efficacy of meridian therapy and Chinese herbs in enhancing the health in a natural way. Theingi Soe

Theingi has always dreamt of owning a business that would make a positive impact of people around the world. In 2004 she was introduced to network marketing and began her entrepreneurship training under the guidance from numerous mentors. Theingi worked hard at mastering communication skills and found passion in helping people gain better health through Meridian Acupressure Therapy. Sandra is a homemaker who also works as a music teacher. She enjoys meeting people and teaching kids.
